• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• The email address you used at checkout
• A short description of the issue, and a photo if the product arrived damaged
Order status
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days within the US.
Returns
Not happy with your J4? You can return it within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return. See our Refund Policy for full details.
